I'll stamp all over 'credible boxer' Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.

Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.

Former two time world boxing king Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.

Fighter's Attitude

"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.

"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."

Respectful Exchange

In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.

Paul rather criticized former Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.

Taking Aim at Tyson Fury

Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a victory for Paul.

"[Paul] is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," the boxer commented.

"I acknowledge that."

Legitimate Fighter

In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.

Paul's History

Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.

He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Success

However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's largest money-making draws, consistently making substantial financial rewards.

Prediction and Confidence

The 28-year-old anticipated a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.

"It will be my match with Fury next year," Paul declared.

Physical Disparity

As Joshua and Paul participated in the customary stare-down, with their height and weight contrast on show, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the match is really proceeding.
