Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a key labelling distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
